Rates We will gladly share our fee schedule with you at the time of setting your first appointment. Insurance We Proudly Take Oklahoma Soonercare (Medicaid), BCBS, Tricare, United HealthCare and Cigna as in-network providers. Services may be covered in full or in part by other health insurance or employee benefit plan. We will assist you in determining your eligibility and benefits. Your insurance carrier sets your deductibles and co-pays. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We also offer Fee-for-Service rates based on a sliding scale fee schedule. Income based fee schedule can not be used if client has a health insurance plan that the agency has an in-network contract with.
